What makes you different from other writing services?

We do not like to compare ourselves with other writing services, although we are aware that we have many policies and procedures in place that others do not. First and foremost, we have only native English-speaking and degreed researchers and writers. They cover all content fields and all degree levels. We match every order with the most suitable writer, and we review every completed product, including a scan for plagiarism, before it is sent out to a customer.

Who are your writers?

Our writers come from all over the English-speaking world. They are graduates of English-speaking colleges and universities, and do submit their transcripts to us for verification. We are very careful about who we hire to work for us. In addition to credentials, we test their academic writing abilities. Only when we are certain they are able to produce scholarly writing in their degree fields do we invite them to write for us.

Will my writer follow every specification that I need?

Absolutely. When you fill out your order form, we have a field for you to insert any specific guidelines for us – down to the last detail. We really want you to include everything, because the more you include, the better your writer will be able to give you exactly what you want. And, if you forget any detail, make sure you message your writer with it as soon as possible.

What kinds of discounts do you offer?

Our home page announces a new customer discount. Be sure to put the promo code in the order form, and the discount will be calculated automatically.
We also give discounts to loyal customers based upon how much they order. And, we have special sales throughout the year. Watch for them.

How do you price orders?

We use several factors. The price per page is based upon the type of product you are ordering, the length, the amount of research required, your academic level, and the deadline date that you determine.
We should also point out that title, table of contents, outline, and bibliography pages are all free. In addition, we have discounts and special sales, so be certain to watch for them.

How can I contact my writer?

When you place an order and it is assigned to a writer, you will have a personal dashboard for lots of things. One of those is communication with your writer. You can give him/her more information; you can ask about progress; your writer can ask you for clarifications and send you drafts for you to approve. We really encourage conversations between customers and their writers. The more they speak, the greater the chance that the final product is exactly what the customer wants.

What do I do if I don’t like the paper I get?

This does not happen often. The reason, of course, is that our customers and writers communicate. When your final draft is delivered to you, we ask you to review it very carefully. If all is fine, then you simply click “approve” and download it. If you are not completely happy, you only have to tell us what that is and ask it to be fixed. You can express that either directly to your writer or to the customer support department. We will get on it immediately, and those changes will be made, free of charge.

Do you ever give refunds?

We have several policies on our site – terms of use, discounts, revisions, disclaimer, privacy, and money-back. We want our visitors to read these before they move forward with order placement. Our money back policy does provide for refunds in certain circumstances, although these are quite rare. Generally, we provide partial and/or full refunds in the following situations:

  • If we cannot find a suitable writer, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund. This has happened only in extremely rare circumstances

  • If a customer cancels an order before we have assigned a writer, a full refund will be given

  • If a customer cancels an order after a writer has begun, there will be a partial refund based on how much work the writer has done.

  • Very rarely, a writer has an emergency – illness, accident, etc., we will assign another writer and if delivery is delayed there will be a pro-rated refund.

  • If we miss a deadline, partial refunds will always be refunded.

How can you protect my privacy? I don’t want anyone to know about this.

WE understand the need for confidentiality and we have taken all of the latest measures to protect your identity and the personal information you give us. We do have to have your name, email address and phone number, so we can contact you if we have questions. But we protect that through encryption and secure firewalls. No one has ever breached our system and, by policy, we do not sell, share, distribute or in any way reveal our customer identities or personal information. If anyone finds out it will only be because you have told them.

 

Is my credit card information safe from hacking?

Yes. Online retailers use secure, SSL certified payment processors to keep customer financial information safe. We do the same thing. Our payment processor is the same one used by many large and well-known online retailers. Again, we have never had a breach of any customer financial information.
